What Is XGS Tracking Number? PRO, BOL & PO Number

The XGS tracking number is a unique code provided by Xpress Global Systems (XGS) to identify and monitor the progress of a shipment. This tracking number allows customers to access real-time information about their shipment’s status and location. In addition to the tracking number, XGS also provides other essential shipping documents, such as the Bill of Lading (BOL) and the Pro Bill. The Bill of Lading (BOL) is a legal document that serves as a receipt for the goods, evidence of the contract of carriage, and a document of title to the goods.

XGS offers a BOL Generator tool on its website, It allows customers to generate an XGS bill of lading form online. The Pro Bill, on the other hand, is a document used as a receipt to confirm the delivery of goods to a specific location, including details such as the date and time of delivery, the recipient’s name, the delivery address, and the signatures of both the shipper and the recipient.

XGS Shipment Tracking Methods

There are multiple methods to track the shipment from XGS (Xpress global system logistics). But for how we will only be discussing the three (3) methods which are most convineint.

1- For XGS Account Holders

  • Log In to Your Account: Visit my.xgsi.com and sign in using your email address and password.
  • Navigate to ‘Track Shipments: Once logged in, find the ‘Track Shipments’ option in the left-hand menu.
  • Enter Shipment Details: Fill in the necessary information, such as the tracking number, date range, origin, and destination.
  • Search for Your Shipment: Click the ‘Search’ button to track your package.
  • Shipment Overview: After initiating the search, you’ll find your tracking number, shipment status, and shipment price at the top of the page.
  • Detailed Shipment Information: Click on the blue probill number to view comprehensive details. This includes routing information, estimated time of arrival (ETA), proof of delivery (POD), invoice summary, origin/destination details, payor number, shipper number, consignee number, and available documents for download in PDF and JPG formats.

2- For Non-Account Holders

  • Visit XGS’s Website: Go to xgsi.com if you don’t have an XGS account. You can also track on 3rd party tracking website like our website trackcouriernow.com.
  • Input Shipment Information: Enter relevant details like the tracking number, date range, origin, and destination.
  • Click ‘Track a Shipment’: Look for the ‘Track Now’ button at the top of the page.
